Refund & Return Policy – Healthy Skin Diva

At Healthy Skin Diva, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our skincare products and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and the process for requesting a return or refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or email confirmation) must be provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Promotional or final sale items.

  • Free samples or gifts with purchase.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at healthyskindiva@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, or process a full refund.


4. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at healthyskindiva@gmail.com to initiate a return request.

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back in secure packaging.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and issue your refund.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for your original order and place a new order separately.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank.
