2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We partner with trusted carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure timely delivery.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Domestic (USA): 10–15 business days.

    • International: 10–21 business days (depending on the destination and customs clearance).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays, courier issues, or weather conditions.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

  • Healthy Skin Diva is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at healthyskindiva@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
