HOW TO WEAR?
Wear the super soft bamboo TERRY (WHITE colour side) layer next to your skin while the printed side of the pad touches your underwear. Simply place the pad in your underwear and fasten flaps together underneath with the Snap.
HOW TO WASH?
Cloth pads can be washed easily by hand or in the washing machine. You may soak them in cold water for 30 minutes before washing. Most of the blood comes out in the soaking process. After that, it’s just like washing your clothes.

Remove your used pad. Put it in the sink and turn on the cold water. Rinse it and squeeze it gently until the blood is removed or the water is running clear. Rub some liquid soap over the pad, gently knead the pads (like you're kneading bread) for a minute or two just enough that they get soaped up. Rinse thoroughly then gently squeeze out the water. Hang to dry. |
